As your "flight time" (your accumulated time spent hooping) increases, so too will your sense of touch and timing. With a heightened sense of touch, Hoopers require less resistance (weight) from the hoops they use. We offer for these experienced Hoopers our "Grace" series of Hoops. These hoops are made with a lighter and less rigid tubing, yet are still durable and responsive for even the most athletic of Hoopers.
Lighter hoops are more challenging than the heavier ones because they require a greater degree of core dexterity and timing. If you have been using a heavier hoop, you will find that there will be a "breaking in" period for both you and the hoop. Don't worry. Within a few hours of flight time you and your new lighter hoop should be finding each other nicely.
We have joined forces with BodyHoops, to provide these excellent, intermediate hoops for those who have been hooping and are ready to move to the next level.
These hoops are hand cut and shaped and should measure between 38-39 inches from outside edge to outside edge.
This hoop is wrapped with Teal/Blue friction tape and Rainbow Holographic metallic tape.
We offer Grace hoops in two other styles: Bright Orange friction tape with metallic Rainbow Holographic tape and Midnight Black friction tape with Black Prismatic slick tape.
